What do I need to buy?

Nothing, if your TV is a Smart TV with a browser: open flappit.com/tv, scan the QR code with your phone and you're done. No browser? An HDMI stick like a Fire TV Stick (from about €30) is enough. A computer or tablet connected to the TV works too.

Who manages it day to day?

Anyone on your team. From reception they can write messages, change content or schedule a sequence from a phone or computer.

Do I need a technician?

No. Flappit is designed so any hotel or business team can set it up with no technical knowledge.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The screen keeps the last saved content and reconnects automatically when the connection returns. It never goes black.

Can I use my own logo and colours?

Yes. You can customise the brand strip, the board colours, the logo and other visual elements so it matches your business identity.

Does it work on vertical screens?

Yes. Flappit works on both horizontal and vertical screens, such as lobby TVs or reception totems.

Can I schedule messages by time?

Yes. Each message or photo can have its own time slot and days: breakfast from 7 to 11, lunch at midday, happy hour in the evening. The screen shows them on its own, right on time.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Pay monthly (or yearly with 20% off) and cancel anytime from your panel.

What happens when the trial ends?

We never charge you until you choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your screens pause and all your content is kept. As soon as you pick a plan, they're back on air instantly.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. When you subscribe you add your company name and VAT number, and all your invoices (VAT included) are in your panel, under "Manage subscription".
